lol shut up man, i aint never touch that shit in ma life. My advice, you wana get big like me, drink 500ml 2 percent milk pre and post workout. And maintain your weight training. First set 10 reps of a light weight. Next set increase it by 5-10 and do it at least 8 times then ur third set increase it by 5-10 and u should be able to do a max of 6. After a month, watch how big u get.
