160 gb Is A LOT of room, and really, you could go for a lossless format, though I'm not even sure that an iPod supports it... (I guess I should assume it does, though.) You can tell the difference between higher qualities of encoding. For me, the longer download, and larger file makes it not worth it, because really, it's not that big of a difference. If you've really got time & room to waste, I don't see why not. Higher quality is always better.

If you donate, you are automatically going to be a supporter. (Whenever they get around to adding you - that is, could be a few days.) You do not need to be a supporter to apply for admin though - if you want to do that, just click on the forms at the top left, and look for Admin Application.

Buffer overflow is when too many people are using their mic at once, not buffer overload.

Happens when your rates don't match up with your connection. Try adjusting the various rates, (generally lower them), and see if that fixes it.

Admins are chosen every single sunday. If you applied, and the following sunday, you haven't been accepted, then you must wait the time, and apply again. If you do get rejected, just hop in vent and get to know us, and if you get accepted, get in there anyways!

PSP emulators cannot run the game, so if this is your only purpose for having the emulator, give up now. I also downloaded the file you mentioned, but I don't see any bin files. Just the standard jar file, which is expected since it's made in java.
