It should be in this format "STEAM_X:X:XXXXXXXX" with X being your Steam ID. You can obtain your Steam ID by typing status in console while on any server.

I think the main reason why this map is so overplayed is because this map can be nominated right after another map has been played (unless it's been fixed) without a nomination cool down. All the other maps can usually be played in 3-5 maps afterwards. The server always switches to this after the server crashes as it is the default map so that probably plays a part too. I wouldn't remove this map because it's fun, provides a staple population on the server whenever it's played and like Nuclear Onion said, it has plenty of hiding spots as a traitor.
