I'd have to say that this is one of the major drawbacks I face when making videos. I'd probably be consistently making youtube videos if it weren't for my measly upload speed of 45ish kB/s.

Really depends on my mood. I enjoy good ol' '30s swing to rock to today's EDM. But I never really was a fan of Country music. Taylor Swift counts as country music.

with all that shit you shouldnt have any problem, the requirements says that you should have atleast 2gb video ram minimum, im sure a 780 does it's just the fact that arkham knight may or may not be optimized, i played it for a bit with a gtx 960 and it ran smooth on medium-high

Ever since I started playing as CT on PB back in 2012, I've always done what you've done and have never once gotten punished for it. If I tell a T that they cannot do X because they're supposed to be doing Y and they knowingly go do X anyways, I assume they're rebelling and go for the kill. Correct me if I'm wrong but, there was a rule that said that you could kill a T if they're blatantly rebelling. If this is a rule now. I think it's stupid and shouldn't be.
