I try to do workouts e-mailed to me from the site that hosts the Spartan Races usually consisting on either mixtures of running, anywhere from 1-3 hour runs to hill workouts with core squeezed in. Or just basic stuff like pull-ups, lunges, crunches, burpees (worst thing ever). Also hardcore masturbation helps out too

You can actually play with Knex for more than a few seconds unlike Legos. Every single time I build something out of Legos, the part i'm holding always falls off causing it to completely shatter on the floor. You can throw Knex against the wall and maybe one small piece would break off that can easily be put back on.

You could build so many massive things with knex. At one point I had a 6ft ferris wheel going along with a hot wheels track with some knex supports on it. I think I also made a pistol that could shoot through a shoe box too

My legs are the same way. I'm required to wear some sort of khaki leg clothing to work, and well I only have shorts. This week days have been below 10°F/-12°C fur u non 'Muricans. I'm just outside working in shorts with people yelling at me like I'm insane, but I feel perfectly fine. My hands on the other hand are the complete opposite. I can wear five pairs of gloves and they will still fell like they're becoming frostbitten instantly.

As a Ravens fan, I want nothing more than to see Ray Lewis' last stand go out with a ring. Still, beating the pats will never be a walk in the park. Looking forward to this game. Also want to see the 49er's win. Rahim Moore should just quit after that game
