Your CPU and GPU are completely unrelated in that one doesn't affect the other's performance (but having say a Radeon 5970 and an old single core CPU at 2.0ghz will bottleneck your system's potential). It'd be a good idea if you posted your budget so we had something to work around.

Honestly, I'd suggest a 750W+ but if you want to save $70 go with the active power supply, not modular, just means you have to stow the cables behind the motherboard panel.
