Yes Jazzy, $45 (1066 even, 800 is cheaper) for 2GB of RAM is obviously overpriced, and doesn't help choppy framerates. It doesn't boost performance, it simply prevents spikes from causing lag by providing more slack. Also, if you have 32 bit you'd need to upgrade to 64 bit to utilize 4GB+ If you can afford a 460 over a 5770, the change in performance is justifiable, the 465 however I'm on the bench with, the shader clock is higher (in some cases they actually get beaten by superclocked 460s), so I'd just go for the 6870.
