This is gonna be my first pc build, and i dont want to spend that much, but still want to run 1080p 60fps on most games. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/4bVcBm I'd like your opinion on the parts I picked, what I should change and things like that. Im using an old monitor that would work fine with this, so that'll knock off $100+ dollars

So, I wanted to open CSS, but a window just popped-up titled, "Game Content Conversion" The text in the pop-up box is as follows: "Steam needs to convert the game content for 'Counter-Strike: Source' to a new, more efficient format. This will require an internet connection and a few minutes' time." I pressed ok, then steam crashed. So I re-opened steam and tried again. It crashed that time too. I'm not sure if this happened to everyone, but can someone tell me how to make it stop crashing and/or get rid of the pop-up? Thanks.
