Well last night we had a power outage and something got messed up, computer wouldn't restart at all, ended up doing complete restore on it. Well everything is back up now, except the monitor. It works, but I have this annoying Attention, input not supported flying around. I've tried installing drivers, uninstalling the monitor and now am out of ideas for it. I have an HP PC running XP and the monitor is a rosewill, unsure about age cause I got it from my brother. Any ideas? Thanks for the help!

Thanks Kenny! I was blessed last year right before father's day with my first. Lacey. Awesome enough her first b-day was on father's day. So it was double celebration for us!

Typically when I lag it tends to correspond with my computer's cooling fan kicking into a higher gear(in a sense)...it might just sound weird but thats what I've noticed.

Have you used the advanced troubleshooting thing from here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=5204-UOSN-9830? I'm not too sure that will even work if nothing else has.

Or even clearing game cache. You might have gotten the error from another server, if so, clearing the cache should clear the error. But since you reinstalled it should be done when you uninstalled it:blushing:. Sorry I missed this last night before going to bed. Did it work?

I know in my situation if I lost both my wife and child, I have no clue what would happen to me. They are my life, even if she thinks sometimes CSS is, but they are all I have. I can totally understand his situation and I hope he will over come this. My prayers are with him.

I ran the install for 10 after I posted cause I think i was running 9 myself, weird, but I run XP. If you run their automated install it will detect what version you have and any other programs you'll need updated, so its good to try to install.

Could be, also maybe major problem with processor, memory. I don't run css on my laptop, I can load it up and see if I have any problems when I get home.
