I would like to thank you very much Banana Joe i used both programs you suggested and after running the scans and restarting the computer i have had no issues with downloads at all. You saved me from buying a cd drive to reinstall windows thank you once again

Thx i will give it a try. I have to download it from my laptop i also use Reg clean pro should i remove that as well?

So i have been having issues downloading anything from Css maps to Minecraft maps pretty much anything i download. Norton says that my system is clean but i am still having this issues. It downloads maybe a quarter of the download then it just stops. When I try to open it says its corrupted file and wont work with winrar. I am using windows vista any help would be great. PS tried just reinstalling windows and my cd drive isnt reading cds
