If you were in an LR during the time, then they shouldn't have done that.

CTs can't kill you at the end of the round anyways, so I don't think your LR should be revoked at that time. Just play it out until the next day comes.

This event's for the Switch users with Nintendo Switch Online. SO I was thinking that now this game is out, maybe we could host an event like we did for the Fortnite Duo event. We could get a group of people to participate and see how many people they can KO within 2 to 5 games, depending on who hosts the tournament. It's a solo game though, so no duos or squads. We can see how the Smash Tourney goes and see if we should adjust how we plan this out. Video for anyone who's clueless: Not to mention, the OST is a fucking banger, dude.

@TheZZL I was going to suggest that we allow freedays after a certain time limit (for example: No freedays until after 2:30, 1:45, etc.) but I feel like it would turn out to be the same when we implemented that for deathgames for the first time. Needless to say, it turned out bad, but we could always try it. In the end, I feel like a better admin presence and/or a surge in more reliable CTs would fix this better than a new rule being placed to counteract this. Admittedly, I'm not on much since I have to focus on my studies right now so I can't be there every day, all the time. All I can tell you is to help people become better CTs and call an admin in if bad goes to worse.

I still don't see any benefits on adding this new rule for everyone to learn on something that portrays a good part of a typical "day" on JB. If you as a CT can't be bothered to enforce your own rule after you've overridden a freeday, then why bother getting on CT? Someone else may be glad to take your place and if they aren't any better than you, then I guess you're SOL. I'm keen on exploring ideas that'll heighten the JB experience, so maybe something different is in order. I'm not saying to not touch the topic of freedays, because I wholeheartedly agree that it's fucking chaos when people declare a freeday for no fucking reason. I just think we can go about this another way.

But we can revoke freedays at anytime. And if whoever gave the freeday in the first place reinstates the freeday after you clearly said "Freeday revoked," then that's conflicting. An admin should be contacted to handle it or a player complaint should be made if it's becoming repetitive. I honestly don't see why we would want to have Ts roam 65% of the map when you can just revoke it downright. Plus, they can't give repeating orders. Once again, I'm pretty sure that's against the rules and this should be discussed with an admin so they can check out what's going on.

@Raventi, we'll do it today, but wait until the afternoon. Gotta eat lunch with mah dad. Plus I think @Creten would want us to wait until all Round 1 & 2 matches are complete? Unless we can go at it now.

No RL tournament for Switch RN, but we did start a Smash tournament here. And a casual MK8 tournament would be dope, though I don't see why ANYONE would play MK8 competitively lmao

Yo, if you don't have Nintendo Switch Online, I'm pretty sure there's a free 7-day trial as well. So if you don't wanna play after this tournament and you DON'T have NSO, then I'd go for the 7-day trial just to save some money. @Cept For Her and @ anyone else who doesn't have NSO

Maybe we could add it as one of the Subscriber perks? If we are allowing people to pay to get on our test servers for a reduced price, we might as well use Subscriber as a stepping stone for this to work, since it's the minimum price to get perks. If I'm getting something wrong, don't hesitate to correct me.

Yeah, if we're playing an online competitive tournament, I'd leave the rules at 3 stocks, 7 minutes with No Items and Omega Stages only (or Battlefield stages, whichever people prefer.) Starters and Counterpicks would be beneficial if we actually group up IRL and play on our Switch. I just don't see it happening here. Also, are we going to choose who will host the lobby based on best connection or are we just going to let a specific person host the Arena?

I have the game. What are the rules going to be, besides it being 1v1? Items On or Off and if they're on, will we set them to low or high? Omega stages only or will we play Random Stages with Hazards On?
