Yep, those sound great. And, for balance purposes, instead of removing teleporters you could make a monitoring room for CT's, with cameras that overlook a big portion of the jail, to make it a little harder for T's to rebel.

Holy shit gundude. You obviously fail to comprehend the point of prison break. (Repeating what others have stated) you have to rebel. If CT's want to give this rules, fine. But the MOTD rules cannot be used to restrict the ability to which T's can rebel. You might as well just put "No rebelling" in the rules. The rules are there to prevent griefers, such as spammers and racists and punish those by slays/kicks/bans, and not rebelling T's.
