Kids are growing up with smartphones in their hands these days. Back when I was a kid I would go out and play with the neighborhood kids playing soccer or smoke cigs and do naughty stuff. We were more adventurous. Haven't started using social media till like around 2006 myspace/aim. Boot up the family computer check myspace comments for an hour then boom im done. We live in the smartphone age now where people are just brain dead scrolling thru their phones 24/7. These kids get exposed to lot of shit. Following the coolest trends on twitter/instagram. Its pretty obvious that todays music stars talk about sex,money,drugs,twerking,blunts,hood shit in great detail. The bar has been lowered. These kids don't know any better. 1998 when i was a little. When my family moved to America my dad wanted a new hobby. So he started building computers. So he got me into games. Need for speed, Unreal, Tomb raider, quake 3, Medal of honor, half life, duke nukem,doom ect.. so like 17 years into this now. Sadly the past 2-3 years i have lost interests in new games.

Go back to my drug/party/adventure infused teenage years where you don't have to worry about anything like bills and adult shit. I wanna relive the crazy shit i did with my friends. Sneaking into the country club pool late at night. Stealing booze from stores. Tripping on shrooms deep in the forest. Smoking weed in public everywhere we walked. Climbing up random buildings so we can chill on the roof and smoke and sleep there for the night. List goes on... These days you cant really risk doing that shit since you are most likely go to jail and have a record. Your job takes away most of your day. Seeing my friends turn into zombies from working and stressing out about things makes me sad...
