  4. Happy New Year (2018)

    Happy New Year everyone
  5. Hope everyone has a fantastic New Year
  6. What do you want to achieve in 2018? Personally I want to actually work hard in college for the next 5 months and end up with grades that reflect what i put into it. I've let myself down for a lot of years in a row in terms of schoolwork mostly because of a lack of motivation. Although I ended up with grades I can be proud of in secondary school (high school?) with little work, the qualifications I'm currently taking require much more than no effort and because I have just coasted for years I've struggled to get back into everything. Plus I need certain things to get into a uni that I want to go to. What about you guys?
  7. Thank you for all the work and time that you ended up putting into SG over your time. I know we haven't always necessarily been the closest, but we've had our good times. I think a lot of the times are memories that are fuzzy at this point as they were earlier on, but times like when we were chilling on 1v1 just playing are memories that will stick in my head and that I'm grateful for. Congrats on LG and I honestly hope that I bump into you in the future, glad that you've said you're sticking around. Whether you're simply playing other games or doing more shit irl, I wish you all the best with it!
  8. I go through phases of many people, currently they're people like jacksfilms and gigguk. The only two channels that I started watching and have - almost - never stopped is Pewdiepie and The Anime Man. Pewdiepie was one of the first I watched and although I dip in and out of his 'content', I still relatively keep up with a lot of it. I originally got into The Anime Man's channel when he did gameplay, back when he had around 3k subs (before I even had watched an anime). He's grown to 1.2mil at this point and his content has very much changed with it now being (you guessed it) about anime most of the time. Genuinely I think I've only stuck with him because he seems so down to Earth, yet with good humour. He has kept that from the time that almost nobody watched him to now and I love that. As a side note The Anime Man didn't get me into anime you fucks, it was Pewdiepie and I'm not even joking
  9. Congrats Leon, welcome back!

  11. Merry Christmas

    Merry Christmas S-G!
  12. I'm not 100% sure that I understand what you're asking, but if it is what it seems then my answer to your question is no. You are in no way 'obliged to keep it a secret' because nobody else saw it, however you can if you wish to do so.
  13. Thanks for the giveaway! I'm glad this community means a lot to you
  14. DrDisrespect

I don't consistently watch the Doc, perhaps just the occasional highlight, but I appreciate the content he brings to the table. Cheating is awful and I in no way would consider it otherwise. I don't necessarily agree with going public purely because his wife or children may not wish for that to be public knowledge and if they don't then I don't believe he should. I do however think that there can be some reasoning seen that seems understandable. The Doc seems relatively intelligent, it's not like he doesn't know the implications going public could have on himself, however he may simply be doing this to 'get what he feels he deserves'. Transparency is obviously another thing, though of course I don't feel too good about it as we can't be knowledgeable on what his wife wants/feels in this situation. As much as I understand the kind of 'why would he fuck his career by going public', in some ways that seems unjust. If he feels enough guilt and doesn't feel right allowing his career to continue as normal then I can see how this can be his way of trying to start a fix. As a side note, I feel like a leak with some kind of evidence would be a lot worse I think that some of the reactions have been pretty far on both ends of the spectrum though.
  15. Congratulations Wesker! Best of luck in your new rank

  17. I hope that you really enjoy your travelling, that life treats you well and that you just have a good time. Thanks for everything you've done for SG and all the times I've interacted with you myself. I've enjoyed the chances I have gotten to talk to you and hope that I get more of those opportunities in the future. Best of luck in everything, I hope to see you around in the future!
  18. My best experience has been Starcraft 2. Not only in game and the fantastic people I've met but generally the way in which the pro scene used to be and the personalities that surrounded the game really was a fantastic experience for me. My worst is between CS:GO (though it seems I have worse experiences with certain regions more consistently. These being for me most predominantly people from the UK, then Russians and Americans.) and Tribal Wars.
