Demote whimsy for a day

In the CSS deathrun I was a purple teletubby with a troll mask. pls add. Kappa dont add it.

I think that any member should be able to reply to a player report. I see how we might keep them closed to avoid possible flaming against an accused person but other than that I see no positives. On the otherhand when it comes to making it open I see many positives. Opening player reports would allow players with more proof to add it to an already existing report instead of making a whole new one which is more work for everyone. Another thing, I cannot tell you the amont of times I have seen a player report and wanted to reply with more proof or my personal opinion such as, "I reported this guy a week ago and he got banned for the exact same thing," or something along those lines. Finally, opening reports would allow for less biased reports. Every player messes up in some way eventually, but if someone gets that one time and makes a biased report players who were there can say, "hey, I was there and he did break that rule, but it was by accident and overall hes a really good player. I don't think he should be banned."

I was able to record one round of him doing it, but I saw that you were coming so I thought it was best to let you handle the situation

On jailbreak one CT was yelling unrestricted free-day at the beginning of the round every round and no matter how many times the other CT's revoked the freeday he would continue to yell it and get his teammates killed... This is against the rules, right? First, he was conflicting orders. Second, under the servers definition of baiting " Baiting is doing something that a CT would never do if he is actually trying to stay alive" he was baiting. And finally he gave the same unreasonable order multiple round in a row.

One time i got killed because someone failed to jihad then when they were spectating me their bomb armed and a CT killed me because I did the jihad beep...

Is the division worth my money? I played the beta and I really liked it even with the limited content.

Most surf servers (even the really shitty ones) have a population on them. I feel a big server group like SG would do very well with a surf server.

I see your point, but the kinds of people who are too lazy to take a 5 question quiz are also the kind who are too lazy to read rules and freekill because they dont know the rules...

To play on CT someone should first have to take a small quiz thats like 5 questions about basic rules on on the server. Some question could be, "do CT's need to warning shot, When can a CT kill without a warning shot, is afk freeze allowed, are there wardens, what is a catwalk, can you give kos orders," Etc. I feel it would really improve the community because we would only have Ct's with a good grasp of the rules and the mass freekills would not be as common.

I won't make the Jailbreak Q&A (not that many of you care ) but i will probably be there for the community meeting.

@souceboss If someone gives a T order and some people don't realize it's a T order it can get people killed which is kind-of teamkilling I understand ignoring a T order would be the obvious choice but many times it seems like a CT gave the order.
