You must have not noticed how my post pertained to the situation being dealt with in-real-time by an admin being in the server with him right now which you probably or most likely would have missed.

If he has opportunity to be given a fair warning by an Admin, I don't see why we should still go ahead and ban him. Considering he is not banned right now, I believe Psyche is handling the situation better than you are or could be.
