I just want this clarified that if a t takes out a pistol on accident or not, and is not aiming it at a ct are they KOS? I've always done it as no it is not KOS but after the past couple of days ive seen KOS and not KOS.

Weird problem that seemed to happen to me and AsianJesus we were waiting to play a scrim match and people started to leave, and eventually everyone left so i left to go onto the Jailbreak server and it did not show up. It seems to be that none of the servers are showing up.
