I would be in favor of re-adding noclip, vote, and extend if it was removed. Noclip is really important for getting to the admin rooms on some maps so that you can choose the level after you've done a vote. I do see why it would be removed for regular admins though. Making custom votes is also a pretty significant tool for ZE, too. It's good to know what the majority of people want and allows for fast interaction with the players. I don't know if extend was taken away, but if it was, that's definitely needed in addition to vote, since there are many occasions where you've used up all your extends but the players still want to beat the map if you have been working at it for a while. I do believe that ZE requires a few more commands than the ones allowed, but I'm not sure how such a thing would be implemented, like if all regular admins would get these commands or if they would be limited to just a ZE admin group.

I don't find it likely that T baiting will be made bannable, as it usually doesn't escalate to a situation such as yours and would really restrict the game mode if it were banned. A good route to take be to not give people the reaction they want when this happens. They're just looking to get you upset, so if you don't let them get to you, they will see that they are just wasting their time. It definitely isn't a change that would happen over night, so you'd need to let them know, over a good period of time, that they won't get a rise out of you. If this still persists, make a player complaint or let an admin know that this is happening. That's probably the best step to take in this situation. If you are just trying to play the game and are getting harassed, then it is almost guaranteed that action will be taken against the people doing this.

If someone shoots at you and misses, they might have missed their shots or they might be T baiting, either way, it's your call on whether or not to shoot back. Just try to distinguish the baiters from the actual Ts. However, as you mention, if you are being constantly targeted by people to the point where it is harassment, feel free to record a demo so that you don't have to go through a bad time when you want to play.

Not sure if anyone is aware of this but surf seems to be not working at all. It seems like the surf plugin has not loaded at all, it just starts as a casual/DM. Changing the map does not help either. Hi, ok, so I've been a bit inactive as of late and the reason for that is due to internet problems. This should be fixed soon, problem is that my link is being bogged down/maxed out and since I live like 15 miles from civilization it's harder to get this type of stuff done. So, I wasn't gonna make a post about this originally but since it's taking a bit longer than expected I figured I'd explain why I've been absent as of recent. No, there is no "2 minute rule" that everyone seems to think exists. You can only claim a room if YOU ARE IN DANGER. That would include some of the previously mentioned scenarios, or being shot at. If someone says that they are claiming a room just let them know that they can only do so if they are in danger. If they want to 'claim' a room but they don't shoot people who come in, that's fine. If they prematurely claim a room and shoot someone that comes in, that's RDM and it will be very clear if it happens.

Yes, most of the time you're going to shoot them back because naturally you assume that since they are shooting at you they are a traitor. If you have reason to believe that the person shooting at you is RDMing though, you don't HAVE to shoot them back and lose karma.

That's part of the game. It'll happen. It probably shouldn't, but it does. If someone is shooting you and you shoot back and kill them that's on you. You don't have to shoot them back if you think they're RDMing, and if they are, contact an admin.

Usually it's every few months. If it hasn't been reset after a few months, it'll be the month after. If it still has not been reset give it another month.

If I cancel sub for VIP, will it reset the time I have towards the 6 months sub award? I'm guessing it wouldn't since it's still a form of subscriber but figured I'd make sure before doing so. Thanks.
