Good Evening SG, As you all know Staff of the Month has recently been introduced as of November and it is now time to award and congratulate one special person for the month of December and this shiny forum award This person has shown us his passion and devotion for making the servers better both in game and in the technical side and with his recent promotion will be able to further enhance and bring all of our servers a prosperous start to the new year. Join us in congratulating @Agent Wesker as the recipient of this honorable award!

Just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone who's been a big influence and helping me learn and grow for the past (soon to be) 2 years on SG. Its been a literal roller coaster of a ride and I don't think I see the finishing loop any time soon. Again, thank you to everyone and I hope to be a bit more active on the servers to catch up with all of the new members/admins. Congratulations to Gator and Wawa on Administrative Manager, I believe you two are a perfect blend that can help drive the Administrative Team forward for current AT members and future team members. To Agent Wesker, you're amazing when it comes to the technical side of anything SG related and am very happy that you found yourself in the team that best suites you and hope you can continue your great work and to help the newly promoted JTT and pass along your knowledge to them. Congratulations everyone and Thank you!

While this may be your opinion, this is not how the rules are set right now and if you want a change done with this either make a rule suggestions thread or speak with your JB server manager. Again, and ill explain it more detailed apparently, in the rules it clearly states THIS Meaning, if you take one step out, not "Crouch walk out of your cell, face the back and freeze" type of step, but a literal foot step of which you are not to be crouch walking then you should not be crouched when you are done and being frozen. No need to get into these dumb specifics of "one step means a step either crouching, shift walking, jumping or just straight up walking" This sets you up for failure when it comes to administrating as it become a LOT more fucking obnoxious to deal and explain a rule in which basic people can understand without needing to read the rule page of this.

It specifically states in the JB rules thread that The orders were "take our step out, face your cells and freeze." I don't see where he is asking you to specifically crouch walk out of your cell in which you would freeze whilst being crouched once you take one step out And yes, I was the one who told Gumline this after he came to me about you complaining to him. Just so there is no confusion of this

Everyone yells out "we need more admins" but when we have an influx of apps you say "TOO MANY" You will never have it both ways and in a time when we desperately need active and efficient admins having too many is definitely not a problem whatsoever.

All Ts, you're the realest person I think I have ever met on SG and I'm so happy we managed to become great friends. Looking back on our long history together it didn't seem like we would ever actually start talking casually but I'm so glad and happy we did. Thank you for showing me from right and wrong and being a big role model for not only myself but so many others. All I can say now is you absolutely deserve legend and I can't wait for the next get-together. Take care of yourself, and until next time.
