There was a arguement between two players about, if you are out of you cell before orders are given, are you KOS. Just to clear this up you are KOS. Let me explain why you would be KOS, when you open the cell or isolation before orders you are allowing the other players to rebel. That is a KOS. I hope this taught someone.
