It's unnecessary and does more harm than good, forcing people on maps they barely know/play; it could result in players leaving. @All Ts said it perfectly, they're chosen in the first place for a reason; you can always suggest maps as well. Number 2, I personally do not see it as an issue, but I can see why people would find it annoying; then again it isn't the server forcing people to play the map longer, they are voting for it. We can hold a vote/debate for it and see what the general consensus is.

Do you mean the pistol secret under the ramp? If so, yes it's an invisible platform only used to aid you to enter a vent. Edit: Saw your reply, and to answer that; each platform/invisible walkway varies from one another. If it only leads to somewhere KOS, then yes it's KOS. Alternatively, if it's needed to enter/leave an area then logic would dictate it's in fact not KOS. As for not entirely being in vents, obviously a hand will stick in the vent if the T is standing at the edge, for a CT to shoot them over their hand/part of their face poking through is asinine, and punishable.
