    He doesn't have a forum account, he's called "DiAbLO*Hbc". He's been around for longer and know quite a lot of the old admins (Blank). Although some of them he knew are today banned or gone. I'm sure Grim could approve his reg tag without him having to create a new forum account and achieve 100 posts since they were like best friends before. I play with Diablo quite alot because he's a CSS pro and I wanna learn from him . And trust me, if he get's a punished complaint with his reg tag, I get a strike.

  10. One of my first CSS friends has come back from wherever. He was a ZM player when we were allowed to wear the SG.Reg when an admin could give out two. GrimExistence gave him one back in the days, he asks me now if he's still allowed to wear it. He's definently not a rule breaker or an abuser, he's fun and skilled. Can he wear the tag?
