[Rejected] Longer map cooldown on TTT

So i think alot of the same maps are played on ttt. (Terrortrain, tumbleweed, etc etc) i think that we should increase the cooldown for recent maps played in order to play some of the maps that arent played as often. Tumbleweed is fun but some people get bored of it and want to give other maps a try
