Figured that I would make a thread here with all the questions about why I Resigned from sa/ca. Below is the original content from my post in the staff section of forums. Hello my fellow Staff Members, I will be moving & will not have access to the forums (other than using WiFi spots when I can) no access to the servers until I can get internet setup due to the area I am moving to. Move date will be anywhere from 3 weeks to a bit more. I'll post the exact date as soon as I have it for the resignation to take effect. Could be lot's of reasons. I'd check your modems event list. Type your ip in to your browser and hit enter, that should let you see what is going on. Otherwise depending on how old your modem is such as docsis 2.0 modems are outdated and you need a docsis 3.0 like a arris modem, your isp is probably limiting your connection based on the modem you have. Comcast does this, same with other major isps. Give them a call and ask if you need a docsis 3.0 modem. If you check the config on your modem (click the hardware tab on that same website you checked the event log. Hope that helps you solve the problem.
