For 500 bucks your pretty limited. You might want a newer cpu such as the i5 or i7 cpu. The HIS Radeon HD 5450 1GB Video Card is only half size meaning very little power for gaming. Might want to consider the gtx560 ti oc by pny if you can get it or another card in the gtx 500 series that is a full video card.

Avoid tiger direct at all costs. They install used hardware people send back. Go with dell, newegg, bestbuy, or amazon or cyberpower.

Perhaps when the maps, models, mods catch up to what they are in css. Guessing next spring?

Hmmm I did not find that entertaining, could be it's just me tho.

Been there before, had all my lights out driving at night speeding, went to court and it was dropped. Best thing you can hope for is that the cop does not show up in court and it gets dropped or reduced. If he does show up in court then plead No contest which is actually admitting guilt but your leaving it up to the judge to decide and he may lessen penalty.

Can't think of any off the top of my head, I'll look around tho and see what is really popular right now.
