  3. Valentine's Day

    I accept.
  4. You better come back to play golf with your friends with me, because who else am I going to catapult off the map?? For real though, thanks for everything. See ya 'round
  5. I feel personally attacked
  6. I honestly couldn't disagree more. Last year I took a class that was focused mostly on supplements, and how to handle a situation with a young athlete coming to me, as an AT, looking for supplement advice. Someone his age should NOT be talking any supplements. At this point he probably doesn't understand bulking to its full extent and what it really looks like, nor will he fully understand supplements. He should be focusing on building his foundation and getting a solid start before he even thinks about bulking, protein, or heavy lifting. Living at home and going to school is probably the best thing for him, I cannot speak knowledgeably because I do not know him personally, but most freshmen in high school are getting what they need from school lunch and home. Messing with your "personal nutrition" at that age and testing stuff out that isn't natural is a good way to fuck up your body because it is still growing and developing. It's also not hard to make small dietary changes while living at home, the smallest change (like eliminating soda) makes a huge impact. A lot of the advise on here is solid, just listen to what your body is telling you and do what makes you feel most comfortable.
  7. Idk if everywhere has it, but I really like this stuff called sparkling ICE. It doesn't taste like ass like most sparkling water and there are a ton of flavors. I also have this stuff that's called Amino Energy, if you want something like that. It isn't fizzy like soda, but it does help with energy and it's pretty good for you. I like it a lot better than most water flavor packets.
  8. yes. Or Livewire if I'm getting something at the gas station.
  9. Yooo, I've found my brothers. I'm always getting judged on how much peanut butter is on my sandwiches. Both slices of the bread gotta have pb for it to be good. Dill pickle chips are the only way to go honestly. If you don't have at least 4 pillows on your bed don't talk to me. and all water tastes different
  10. crustless is the only way to go

  13. I worked in a corn field (iowa probs), and at a wedding venue place, but the place I consider my "first" job is at a local ice cream shop in my hometown. I was paid $6.75/hour then got a raise to $7.25 after like a month of working there. I applied for the job cause it was like 3 blocks away from my house and some of my friends worked there. I was 16 when I started working there and stayed for about a year. Didn't love it, but the tips were good and it was enough to pay for gas in my car.

  15. Hey guys, I'm really just making this thread because since living alone I have found that I don't have much of a variety in my diet. I eat fairly nutritious food and all that, I'm just tired of making the same thing every week. I've never really been a great cook, nor am I very creative. I've looked through a couple of food apps for ideas and I have found a few, but I'm fairly picky so I haven't gotten too much. I want to know what you guys love to cook, or eat so I can get some more ideas. Thanks for the help!
  16. Gangs All Here

Its only squad goals when you don't blow everyone up (or hit them with your pan).

  18. Eagles won

From what I was able to watch, it was a really good game. I just watched for the injuries honestly, and that head/neck hit did not disappoint.
  19. I would love to go and spend a couple months in Europe just traveling through the continent
  20. This is my new favorite thing
  21. I used to be pretty fluent in American Sign Language. I taught myself one summer when I was younger because I had nothing else to do. I don't remember much now because I didn't keep up on it and it was a long time ago, but I've been thinking about relearning it.
