I can highly relate to this a lot cept. Cs go was a game I had to go on and off, I remember I had climbed to the high ranks of matchmaking but people would be so toxic and annoying if you made one mistake. My advice is simple take a break and don't think about it too much things and situations usually degrade over time and things will be forgotten
