  3. You were handed the community from Haggard when it was in pristine condition, the second Haggard stepped down and gave you the community SG has started to decline, I hardly see how you're a saviour here, you're the bane of why so many people left because the community was sold and bounced between owners, giving everyone uncertainty as to where the community was going and whether or not they should even bother supporting it anymore, and quite frankly you've stained SG with your greed by giving the community a history of being used as a form of revenue for the owners i can make youtube videos

You don't really need a safisticated workout routine, you can use any generic one: http://zyzzcentral.com/2011/05/10/routine/ Since you both intend on losing weight opposed to putting muscle on this one is significantly better for you. The advantages of a higher volume workout like this with lower weight is good for endurance and a bit of cardio since you won't be putting on very much muscle when you're cutting (losing weight), the usual 2x8/3x5 ones would use a higher weight as it's less reps Just find out how to properly do the exercises and go to your gym and start experimenting around with weight...start low and keep progressing until it takes absolutely every fibre in your body to complete the last rep and that's the weight you'll be excercising with. Depending on how your dieting/exercises go you may need to decrease or increase the weight, although it'll probably be the latter- which is what you should be striving for regardless. But once again since you both intend on losing weight and a large portion of it will come from dieting. Doesn't matter how hard you work out, if you're overeating you aren't going anywhere. Go here http://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html and fill it out and figure out how many calories you need depending on your fitness level, subtract 500 calories from how many calories you need to maintain your weight and you'll lose ~1 a pound a week. You want to take it slow otherwise you're going to end up with some intestinal problems and you'll feel and look like shit, I wouldn't recommend cutting 1,000 calories and losing 2 pounds a week. Dimitry: I actually know some bodybuilders who prefer working in the heat with the air conditioner off...it helps them lose their water weight because...well...it's like a sauna. I don't think it's a coincidence that they're also the most ripped at my gym either. Gyms also typically smell like shit, you just need to buck-up. As for a nutritional plan it's unnecessary. Just watch what you eat, count your calories and think ahead.

  13. You can donate blood if you're thin assuming you aren't a legitimate anorexic person. You would just want to drink a lot of fluid since you'd lose a fair amount because your blood is made of a large portion of water, even then you'd just be faint which would go away relatively quick, especially if you rehydrate. Bigger people don't really have as many issues because the more fat you have the more blood you have considering you'd have more capillaries delivering more blood to the excess fat for nutrients. Even then you're always screened prior to donating blood and if they thought you were too thin or that you might have difficulties they'd tell you, it's an interesting experience and it's really helping people so it's worth a shot.
