How can you take the Chargers over the Pats at Foxborough??? And this year's Eagles over the Bears in Chicago??? No way José.

Not really against it but I guess I just don't see the benefit. Are you able to accrue credits when you're not playing if the player you are married to is playing? Or am I missing something here?

I've noticed it as well and it's great to see more than a handful of people in the server at any given moment, but, having frequented various other popular surf servers, I'm not sure what it is about surf servers but they just breed toxic behavior that I don't really see in other servers (like TTT or JB or ZE). I've been on a couple times when the surf server has been almost full and while it's certainly nowhere near the levels of toxic that other popular skill surf servers are, I have already noticed that without a more regular admin presence on the server, people are starting to mic spam and make racists comments and just act douchey. I don't record demos 24/7 and can't catch everything for a player complaint but it's just something to keep in mind that as the server is more regularly populated, that this is a potential negative externality to the server being full without many admins on. Other than that it's awesome to have a full surf server watching me break stage records :d

Ending on surf_inspire is inconsistent. The ending should just be when you get to the final ledge, but sometimes you have to go to the actual teleport at the far end of the ledge and sometimes the roof above the ledge works.

surf_utopia_v3 is a linear map which is mirrored (meaning you can go left or right after the beginning ramps), with checkpoint 3 on the left side and checkpoint 4 on the right side. You have to pass checkpoint 3 and then loop around to checkpoint 4 and then back towards checkpoint 5. Impossible to get a good time on it. Either checkpoints 3 and 4 need to be deleted or checkpoint 4 needs to be equal to checkpoint 3.

Not necessarily against it but it seems like a lot of work (not sure how easy it is to make a plugin) for something that is seldom used. T's don't usually make it to LR and in my experience most of the LRs are S4S.

Just saw this, and right now I'd absolutely agree. The Celtics on paper should be a much better team than they're currently playing as. Brad Stevens has emerged as one of the best coaches in the NBA over the last few years so I have plenty of faith that by the time the playoffs roll around they'll be where they need to be, but right now the Raptors are clearly the team to beat in the East. Whether they can actually win in the playoffs though.... remains to be seen.

I'm pretty sure he was saying a warning shot if they have the grenade out and equipped (and therefore can potentially toss it at any moment), not just for picking up/having a grenade on their belt.

Don't think that this would really work in the server but on a similar note... I think winning an LR shouldn't be KOS. If a T wins an LR I think they should be able to LR the next CT. To be honest before I started playing on SG JB, this was the norm on all the other JB servers I had played in the past. I am really looking it at through the scope of during LR, assuming more than 1 CT is left, it's almost impossible for the t's to win at this point since the second they win an LR they get domed by the other team. But, if you're able to slowly pick the CTs off one by one, it may give the t's a better chance. If people are worried about a handful of good T's just ending every round by taking out the CTs one by one on LR, the mitigant to that would be that CTs don't have to accept LRs and can put restrictions on LR type. What are people's thoughts on this?

What do you mean by "it was a freekill because you aren't taking your focus of the entire group?" What does focus on the group have to do with a potential blatant disobeying of orders?

I've been meaning to post about this for a while, s34 on surf_classics is such a pain in the ass because of the speed limiting zone. I understand why that's in place to deter pre-speeding but sometimes it makes maps unplayable. Thank you for saving me the time.

RIP Markelle Fultz. I think the bigger issue is that Fultz is showing no signs of improvement since last year. Whatever is going on in his head I don't think Butler is going to help that but I do think the sixers did get better with the trade. Still no match for the Celtics yet though.

This happens a lot in JB and is one of my least favorite rules. A T will somehow have acquired a primary (typically because another T is rebeling with it and is killed) while in a group of other Ts, the CTs who are kill-hungry for their K:D ratio will kill him instantly and then it drops to another t who is headshot and another and another because of the instant KOS rule for primaries. I don't play CT as often as T but I will always do my best to ask the Ts to drop the primary unless they are either actively rebeling and/or aiming it at CTs or have had it out or have had a reasonable amount of time to drop it once they've picked it up and have refused to. I think the rule should be changed to being KOS if they have a primary out. If it's on their back asking them to drop it and failure to do so is reasonable to kill. I've just seen it too many times that it'll be in a group and me, as a T, won't even know it was dropped to me and then I'm dead. There are certain CTs (Blake and others) who are ruthless with this rule and it ruins the round for all the Ts that are killed.
