I feel like this would be a great idea It will fix the problem of 2:3 and 3:3 ratio when no admins are on. Like ZZL said, maybe have some tweaking for maps like Revamp/Vip which are so heavily T sided so the CTs can still have a chance of winning.

This has never been discussed (as far as I know). My personal opinion is that the T should be KOS since every LR is KOS

We do not need another server. If we had a second server JUST for the summer, it'll just be pointless. Just go play comp if you really want to play scrim and the server is full. Theres normally 1-2 people (3 if you are lucky) every game in spec leave because the game is taking so long (can depend on different factors but generally I see this happen), so you could get a spot that way.
