Some things that I think need clarifying:
"8. As the last CT you should be aware that since your team mates are dead, enforcing rules will almost virtually be impossible, and a lot of the T's will have guns. Warning shots are not required for anything now, but try to avoid people not doing anything wrong." - where are the parameters of this exactly? So the last CT can go on a killing spree? (Not that I would)
"9. If a CT is not actively participating by helping his team and simply camping, they will risk getting kicked or beaconed." - Is camping in A place which T's can easily access E.g. vents or where you can see the vast majority of the T's allowed? (As it may be interpreted as 'Helping your team'?

Why does the law care about hacking a bloody e-mail account anyway? Don't they have more important things to do...like...get bribed and rescue cats out of trees or something that might, be in some way useful to 99.99999% of the population?
Then er...why post on it? I mean if you REALLY don't care why do you feel the need to tell people you don't care?
