Alright, here it is. I am completely down for removing T menu, as it is way to OP as it's currently set up. Heavy T sided meta, when I last played here is a small statistic that I randomly chose to use to remove most forms of bias, but this is not completely accurate when it comes to terms of how many rounds Ts win rounds. I recently played last night, and I remember the score being specifically 3/19 with 5 CTs, and about 11 Ts. Relatively OK ratio, this makes the win rate of the Ts about 87.5%. This is pretty fucking ridiculous, considering we did not only have decent players on the CT side, Nolan, Gween, Strayyz, and 2 others, while the rest of the T side was relatively lower and or the same in skill. Considering electric razor is an extremely played map, you can literally start out with 3 pistols without rebelling, and really all it takes is 1 or 2 CT kills in short succession to turn the tide in taking control. I think this was a relatively ok idea in theory, and something needed to be changed in jailbreak to gain some players, but this is really just ridiculous. In the thread I will include a Poll whether or not you think this is a change you want to see staying on the server or not, and hopefully the managers will take a look and reconsider keeping this in the server.

Hey guys, long overdue, but if you haven't noticed I have stepped down from all staff positions, as college is coming my parents and I are very worried about my success, and I've constantly felt pressure to do things right and correctly and being in the ranks I was at just wasn't fair for people considering I felt like I was just taking up a spot. When it comes to events team, I really enjoyed managing it, @Aceris probably the best EM we've had in years and it was more than an honor to work besides you, solo carrying events team as well as minecraft you kept me motivated to get things done for the past few months, until I felt like I was just dragging you down. @BoMI've grown to like you over the years that you've been here and were a great inspiration in pursuing SG again. @Black RainGood friend and always helped me see things from a different perspective @crazedkangarooalways made sure everything was thoroughly thought about in IA chat, always helped me in creating a good environment for SG while I was staff @Greggy Ggerggy g, I've grown to known you more than just a staff member and my boss, you've helped me through my lows and helped created my highs, thank you friend. @Acerkeep fucking killing it bro, I'll always be here if you need help with anything. @deliriumI'll still post my occasional dota clips I really just needed this pressure of SG off by back, knowing that I don't have to constantly be held to a high standard has really given me relief in knowing that I am not doing the wrong thing all the time. Give Legends - Elite Supporter Perms in discord Give Veterans - Premium Supporter Perms in discord Give HG - Basic/Nitro booster perms in discord Legends already have basically all access that Elite supporter does, if not they should. Veterans SHOULD have some form of retirement benefits in terms of perms, at least give us embed perms . HG should have some form of perms, maybe allowing them to change their nickname, or server profile only, some form of low tier benefits. @TheZZL

We plan to have more events for the next couple of weeks released. We've been working on minecraft and we have some large things to be released. More server events are being planned, and we do have some things coming. But yes, I agree, we have been lacking as a whole with events and that is something that is being changed, as we are now enforcing a quota which should have more events planned out for the summer and the future.

Hard to see someone who cared so passionately about SG leaving staff again. It was a tough loss every time. See ya later thrza.

Going to be honest with you gumline, trolling is your thing, you love doing it. It's weird that you play this card with a literal boy who cried wolf scenario. Discord is a friendly platform, a lot easier to use, and easy to set up. I would personally love to have a teamspeak server again, but in reality it's outdated, and it's not growing nearly as much as discord is. To have a teamspeak server with it's own domain IP, it costs more to use than just having it for free with discord. We've combatted the entire discord private channels thing which was really the only reason people wanted a teamspeak server. We've already moved most of the community over and it's really only a few select oldheads who really want teamspeak back, sure you can make the argument that you can just create one and you're not losing anything, but in reality it just seems like a waste of money.

Some server managers feel like their server was in an absolute decent spot, for example I thought Tf2 was exactly where I wanted it to be, with every single addition added and whatnot, it didn't receive enough support from the community so I decided to abandon it. I'm sure that I'm not the only one who feels this way with their respective servers as SM. I cannot tell you how many times I've experienced saying "Oh you manage a dead server your SM doesn't count", this is an overall toxic atmosphere that should never have developed in the first place. When it comes to dead servers, it's very easy to point fingers and say who's issue it is, but in reality you can't place this down to one person individually.

Seems like you wrote this post out of anger or frustration, but you do have some valid points so I'll give you that. Is it really though? Here's the difference between TF2 and rust. Rust was shut down because no one wanted to take care of it anymore. We've kept the TF2 server up because I felt like we could really get something going, and I was continuously working on it. Stop being a pussy and call him out. At the end of the day he's just a kid, just cause I don't take your path of moderation doesn't mean it's wrong. He knows he's on thin ice, and he knows that one small mistake will cause him to get banned. Again, if you want something genuinely done about it take it into your own hands and make a complaint.
