Hypno is a standup guy with good intentions, he has shown that he understands the rules in the past few weeks and made clear strides to improve between his last application and now. He has been more vocal recently which was a big worry of mine due to the fact that a lot of admins give harsh punishments with what is mainly in-chat warnings/prompts, and I truly didn't feel as if I knew enough about him. On a previous application I had mentioned that I was worried that some of his player complaints were very iffy, but I think Hypno has refined his understanding of the rules.

If you are to get admin on this round, try to really be an understanding guy who explains the rules as I've seen it's becoming the priority of many new-age admins to ban first instead of trying to really help somebody become part of the community by explaining the rules and being a bro.
