There won't be any legal consequences for a user-posted soft-nudes. The only thing that would happen is the host either emails the owner of the website and telling him to keep a closer eye to the content that is being posted on our forums (This is usually the first thing they do, unless the host is VERY strict) OR they will just simply suspend the webhosting (indefinite for breaking TOS or temporarily to remove the nudes). If the nudes was posted by the OWNER of the website, then that could bring in legal consequences (unless the host's TOS allows +18 content).

What are we doing Illegal then? Everything we do is legal.

People would just bypass it by saying similar things, for example replacing 'i' with '1' and 'o' with '0' etc. Too easy to bypass banned words really.

You mean suggesting? Everyone gets to suggest. Not a single person decides anything, it is the whole community that decides. and maintaining it, sorry, but such a server isn't hard to maintain, it is like a regular CSS server. Just put in the variables (runspeed, gravity, and some other tweaks) and let it run. And add/remove maps occasionally. This will be handled by the AO+.

Correct. In case you already have an account on it (If it tells you that account already exists) then login with the already made account. There is a chance you already made one, because the login system is linked to multiple other websites which use the same system. So don't be surprised you happen to already have an account ^^
