You have to lay the groundwork for a good nights sleep. 1. Exercise or stay active in some way through the day. 2. Do not take naps during the day. Do some push ups if you feel sleepy. 3. Don't eat or drink anything other than water before bed. 4. Don't touch your phone or PC 1-2 hours before bed or generally anything that will strain your eyes or gets your neurons firing. 5. Open a window and air out your room before you go to bed. If your schedule is so messed up that you go to sleep at 6 AM and want to fix that as fast as possible, then you can also just pull a 30-hour. Wake up at 2 PM, and try to stay away until 10 PM the next day. Source: I work 12 hour night and day shifts.

Started with the very first CoD when it was released and it was great ( soviets had some great cinematic missions ). My favorite is definitely the original modern warfare though.

I find re-applying for admin pretty redundant, unless I have been gone for 6 - 12 months (in which case the person should go through SOME process). As well, I don't think SA and Veteran have to be mutually exclusive. SA is a rank, Veteran is a title. This entire question can be resolved by allowing active veterans to request the rank of SA in addition to Veteran. This way you can step down to a lower rank and still retain this cool purple name :,)

I would also like to express gratitude for this recognition. SG has had held and still continues to hold a special place in my heart and hopefully i can find ways to make even more meaningful contributions. As for the question of admin powers: while my activity is extremely sparse on CS:GO, I still show up on request and participate in events. I keep updated on the rules and I will show up if any of you ask for help. There are definitely more active veterans than me and if we keep ourselves updated then I don't see why we can't have some kind of opt-in admin powers. ---------------------------------------- On a related note, if you guys need help then you can add me on steam. Kind of bummed out with losing powers after 10 years but overall i think this is a good move to adress the large variation in contribution to the community within the old LG ranks. As this crisis continues, I was wondering how everyone in SG is doing. Anyone here infected? Still have your job? How's homeschooling? Any interesting pics? I myself had my hours cut but still go to work. I mostly just spend the extra time on practicing drawing ( I am very bad at it xd )

I do get the growth angle. Its ease of inviting, retaining and reaching out to NEW players is a potentially great benefit. There is a significant portion of our playerbase who can not be bothered / do not want to make a forum account and this is a great opportunity to involve them in the community. I just wonder why get rid of TS just to piss off established regulars who are unlikely to use the main discord? That's kind of why I want the idea of discord properly sold to us as community members and voice chat users.

What are the benefits of discord voice chat over teamspeak for established members of the community? Why should I, as a regular user, want to use Discord voice chat?

I really hope we use the opportunity, with so many people at home. Same goes for all events in general.

They can flag videos for even mentioning certain keywords or showing certain footage regardless of context. Youtube even demonetizes history channels that discuss uncomfortable historical topics, even if fairly politically neutral and well researched. Such is the nature of trying to automate censorship on such a scale. That being said, I am still glad they they have demonetized legitimate far-right scumbags and driven them off of youtube.
