Lol. I'm not going to be a wannabefag and pretend like I've done it before as the closest thing I've done, even remotely, is gymnastics. Just like gymnastics I'm guessing you're always going to need a spotting partner if you fuck up. Protective gear is a must if you're an absolute beginner, no matter what, but if you want to hit your full potential you need to start getting used to not using protective equipment. The simple things though that I think would apply in Parkour that applies in Gymnastics is the cloths you wear. Make sure you don't wear such baggy clothing that it slows you down. Wear clothing that doesn't cause a lot of air resistance but don't go as far as something as tight as Woman's stalkings LOL. Protective gloves would help at the start because lots of cement structures have sharp tops (from what I've experienced being retards with friends) and like I said, getting used to not using gloves to build on your palm/hand strength will help you hit your full potential. Simple things like eating healthy can also apply to the ability of doing Parkour, it's completely logical. If you eat fast food you won't feel as energized, it might even tire you. Also, another simple tip is to try things that are remotely easy for you first because Parkour is much MUCH more dangerous from what I've seen. Don't be a retard and start off doing Parkour by jumping roof tops and somersault finishing, you'll get yourself broken bones...even killed. That's all I can say at the moment because that's off the top of my head from what I've learned when I did gymnastics.

Lol 10 dollars. I think the only people who would stop paying reasonably because it "impacts their budget so much" is the people who make 10.25 minimum wage at McDonalds. Prices will ALWAYS, I guarantee, ALWAYS go up because of inflation and business greed. I remember back when video games didn't cost 60-70 bucks like it did now and consoles were merely 120 bucks max.

Well coming from self experience with several friends.... You have to find out first why she's depressed in the first place. If she thinks life is pointless, let her know that suiciding or harming herself is pointless. You really have to tell her somewhat corny things to keep her happy. If she's unsatisfied with her looks let her know she's pretty inside and out. Things that'll make you or her blush, back to the somewhat corny things. If she thinks that nobody likes her/she has no friends etc let he know she has you blah blah. If it's about something in the past talk to her about it and reassure her that it was something in the past and she should just forget about it. If she's depressed about being called a 'trannie' let her know that there will always be people who are ignortant and that she shouldn't worry about it, generally 'haters gonna hate'. You can also tell her something funny that you get picked on about too so she doesn't feel different or alone. You have to be willing to sacrifice your dignity and be really really corny sometimes if it means it's going to help. I know I've gotten that low with compliments but it worked in the end and I ended up having to say some embarassing things about myself too. Really though, it depends on the situation. Differen people mean different cases mean different solutions. I personally don't think consulting random people on the Internet about it would help. Seek out your and her friends or family to help. And if it gets worse seek professional help.
