My USB ports took a shat on me and I cba to get a new motherboard and hard drive. My CPU was a crap, a phenom x3 8450. anyways so must games ran like crap because my 5850 was being bottlenecked. My mobo and psu were a bit generic, ram was aging ddr2, etc etc crap computer. It wasn't worth repairing so I just decided to build a completely new pc with generally kick ass parts. I thought it would take much longer to get the parts together so I kinda messaged like 3 people about plus you lol but it turns out there was a tigerdirect store in my area so I bought from them. Fucking iPod keeps spell checking the wrong words

ye bro. i got all my things together and should have time to get it set up by friday/saturday.

i also got windows 7 home premium 64 bit and the guy i worked with buying these parts handed me a free pc tuner program and added another year to it.

i will be using my old 1gb ati radeon 5850

got myself a 500gb sata hard drive

and last but not least i got myself an i7-930 @ 2.8ghz. they didn't have any 920s so he gave me a 930 for the same price as a 920 lol.

the guy i was working with was an awesome dude. i actually ended up talking to him about where he went for uni/college and highschool and it turns out he graduated from the same high school as i did. it was just lol haha.

hmm, i might be able to get my shit together sooner than i think. i'm heading to a tigerdirect store tomorrow to pick up some parts. might be able to get a working pc by friday and the weekend if not earlier of tomorrow morning if i find what i like.

my pc took a shit on me regarding software and i don't have a backup disk. my hard drive also has lots of important shit on it so i can't compromise with a complete hdd wipe. i'm just going to build a new pc, use my old psu maybe, gpu, ram sticks, monitor, mouse, keyboard whatever i can spare for less cost and tranfer my old shit to my new shit. it'll take a couple days to weeks maybe months. i'm aiming at a week or two but that's the best i can think, i'll be lucky if it's a couple of days. i can't really spare 1k right now.

LVG I'm going to take a hiatus from steam and vent. I'll try to get back but those things for sure I won't be on for a while worse case maybe a couple months. I'll try to fix some shit on my end and try to get back to those things as soon as possible but until then I'll probably be on the forums only for now. I'll cya when things have sorted out for me. I've fuck some things up and I'm going to have to fix it.

Hey Dale, something has come up recently and I probably won't be on steam or on vent for a long time worse case scenario a couple months. I'm just letting you know and if any higher ups start questioning my activity tell them I'm doing my best to keep up if I'm not there to say it myself. I'll try to stick around on the forums but that's the best I can do given the circumstances.

whenever, you need to help me figure out what the fuck happened to the round_start script. I tried doing a lot of different shit like renaming, re-adding our ids with the new names and the old names separately etc etc and none of it is working and it's ticking me off.
