Exactly, some people would have said yes they are the same. Everyone has different taste buds, all in accordance to what you regularly eat (yes your taste buds do change). PB never needed warning shots to begin with, they didn't "fix" anything. They say "may cancel" rather than are required to, because they plan on canceling it regardless of whether or not you do. So even if you decide no to cancel it, they will still do it in the end. It doesn't say YOU have to or YOU are required to because YOU don't have to. Even if YOU don't cancel it THEY will for you. So in the end it doesn't matter what you do, its going to happen. That is why they say "you may", rather than forcing you to.
