Caution

Hey I have a quick question I figure you would know the answer to. I applied for SG-A and got rejected march 21. as i understand it you guys make your decisions on sundays, which this sunday's date will be the 20th. will it be okay for me to apply now or should I absolutely wait until the 21st of this month to apply? Thanks for your time and response if you get around to it.
