Because with noblock a person could stand inside another person and shoot at a CT and get them both killed. With block the person can only stand behind them which gives the CT a better chance not having to kill someone in crossfire. Noblock would just be chaotic.

Delete the map(s) that is giving the error(s) in the maps folder (I hope you know where this is, if not it should be in the steam>ureusername>cstrike>maps or something like that). Then re-download from the servers fast download in game, or from a website. If the maps aren't already in your folder then idk what it is.

Just post in player complaints and a AO will take a look to see if your demo warrants the freekiller to be banned.

Try talking to Bob about it then have him talk to Joe, if that doesn't work if Bob is a true friend then what you say to Joe won't effect your freindship all that much. If anything he should understand where you're coming from.
