I know this is kind of a N00bish question to ask.
But I can't find anywhere to upload an avatar. So that it appears under your name, or do you have to earn that ability?
On another Jail Break server I play on, they just mute people when they die.
So, a CT could tell a T to be quiet, or he will kill them. Once they die, they can't talk.(Also a fix for Ghosting)
