This is fucking sad, please grow up. Getting some new leadership is not the end of the world, sure its an outside source but this happens all the time, everyday in real life. If you guys read Garf's post he basically said he didn't make money, so he quit. Not to mention where the fuck did SG go in that one year? No offence Garf but you posted that we've kept the same ammount of members since Haggard was in charge, which showcases nothing. Its been 2 fucking days and you guys are planning a mutiny because shit happens. I've been playing here since Summer of 08', and have enjoyed most of my time here, but all of you haters must realize this community hasn't going anywhere this past year. Give these guys a chance, I mean we gave Garf a chance did we not?

Whats great about this is, the people who are mad/upset/angry that we got "bought out" kindly forget that Garf bought this community off of Haggard. Keep that in mind before you get too judgmental.

First of all, thanks for answering the questions so far, it's been insightful to the future of SG. I just wanna say that I think being bought was an excellent move, SG is losing popularity because CSS just isnt the same (albeit, PB can get 24/24 now woop woop). When Blargh first posted your test forum http://www.fullyillustrated.com/clie...fuse/GT/GT.htm I couldn't believe how much this looked like the exact vision I imagined in a good gaming website. If we can go to something like that in VB4 with a little bit of SG's green flare, I'll be on the forums way more often. Secondly, I have some questions about the actual changes that are being done. I know you guys have stated nothing major is going to change, but I disagree, it should change. Firstly with the admin system. Admins are great, they keep the servers clean of retards, but the problem is half the admins are inactive/don't do shit. I think cuts to all the admin ranks should be made so that it isn't a clusterfuck of people who just want to be immune to mutes/have reserve slots. As for servers, what new servers are you planning for the games we're already in like CSS/Gmod/Minecraft? I think we have enough in all of them at the moment since the addition of gungame. Also, what new games were you planning to get servers for, if any? Thirdly, I don't mind adverts, as long as they aren't pop-up windows on the site. I mean its good for you guys to make money, meaning the player base doesn't have to pay as much for their servers. Second part of adverts, is how will we advertise SG itself besides being on your list of domains in channel fuse? We are the first gaming community on there (second gaming forum). Garf's idea for youtube was well intentioned, but not the right idea, in my opinion. I would love to oraganize an actual channel that features our players gamplay/commentary (SteamGamersMedia) integrated into the new site or channel fuse itself. Anyways thanks for taking your time and answering everyones questions, I know everyone is skeptical, but I think this change is going to help revitalize SG in a big way.

If I buy Fallout New Vegas DLC off of direct2drive, will it work with my steam version? Seeing as all retail versions use steam as DRM, it should be fine as long as I have the CDkey right?

If you liked DS1, you'll love DS2 in my opinion. The thing is both are very short games, although the multiplayer in DS2 kinda lengthens it. I have some vids of the multiplayer if your interested in my sig and HV also has a "let's play".
