Cool, even if I can count on one hand the number of times I have set foot in the servers this year I still like keeping up with whats going on in the community. However its definitely not worth risking my job over and I imagine I can't be the only one with that opinion.

Its about time for this and honestly I think it needs to go a little farther. I have almost completely stopped stalking the forums because a handful of prominent individuals have/had NSFW avatars(including higher ups), which meant even posts not marked as NSFW had a decent likelihood of containing NSFW content. I also stopped clicking any links in the cb that I didn't know exactly what they were and where they were going.

I sure will miss that reserved slot, I almost never use, that I have gotten without supporting the community financially or with admin service for the last 3 years. Though personally if that is not what subscribers fall back to when they stop subscribing I wonder why bother keeping it at all for anyone? Only reason I can see it being kept at all would be to reduce outcry over it, but getting rid of the reserved slot and epeen stroking (which there is plenty of in SG already) are its main perks anyway. Xeno, is negative response from current Supporters the only reason Support wasn't phased out entirely?

I would do research on how your Mobo does single ram slot vs dual channel and find one that is good single. Then I would get a single 8gigram bar and if you want to spend the extra money buy a faster DDR3-1866, DDR3-2133 rather than 1600 which can net you a slight fps bump in games. 16gig will only make a difference if you are running a server on your machine and playing on it as far as games go. Also if you are really going to overclock your i5-4690 to try and get 3.9ghz out of it I suggest upgrading your cpu cooler. Also ercxzz is right unless your running something big not in your specs off of your power supply 600w is plenty. Real full circle would be having to maintain subscriber to be admin like it was in the beginning of the community. When you paid $10/month to be admin no one cared if you stayed active as long as you kept paying and didn't abuse.

Hamburger is literally nothing but a mass of ground meat (usually beef). You can put bacon into said ground beef at which point you would be putting bacon in hamburger, but that is not what you are suggesting. It is entirely possible to choose to surround a hamburger with things other than a bun, such as bread, or as was suggested earlier in this thread bacon. In fact you can go entirly bunless and not even in the "patty" shape ala Hamburger helper. At the end of the day this entire debate is more about language/regional slang than anything and as such there is no right answer. Although my opinion is the American way and I do believe we are considered the subject matter experts in the field of greasy and fatty foods.

I had forgotten how much fun it can be to read public applications and their responses, especially of people who have no business applying. Thank you for bringing this back for my amusement. Also I always felt that having the opinions of non admins was essential since there definitely are people who act differently when they know (think) there is no admin on.

Please drop me from the tournament if you can find a replacement for me. I have gotten way to busy with real life to commit to being more than an if the time works sub. Sorry I figured the tournament would have started closer to the start of October and some things have arisen that I couldn't foresee.

I'll drop out to let Scuba in. I meant to get back into CS:S over the last month and a half but it just never happened and with GTA V now out its unlikely to happen so I would just be a liability to my team(Which will bother me). I don't mind being left as an if someone else drops and no one else asks to join in time I can fill a spot, but I am sure I will be quite rusty and not up to snuff with the already low standards I played at when I played regularly.

The legal drinking age is 18, so depending on the type of people your parents are that is an option. Although I would highly recommend not mixing it with any of the 3 activities you mentioned already.

IDK about Canada, but in the U.S. if you go to court its really all dependent on the judge you get. Some of them will straight out tell you what to do and if you listen to them it will benefit you but if you disregard what they say your screwed. I would look into a deal that would potentially lower the fine but mainly try and lose the demerits. If that doesn't fly go to court, if the cop doesn't show awesome you lucked out, if he does make sure you have watched the previous cases closely and see how the judge reacts to different people. Above all if the judge tells you to plead guilty, for the love of god listen to him or you will end up worse off.
