More foods I was on an asian food kick this week. Here is my produce to make spring rolls, kimchi, salmon with bokchoy, and korean bbq chicken lettuce wraps Other ingredients to make above Pickle-ing carots and cucumbers for the spring rolls Right before I made the spring rolls. I didnt get a picture of them finished but ill make more later and add one. Salmon and Bok choy Yum Cooking the Salmon and Bok Choy Finished Bahn Mi - My all time favorite sammich. This time I made it with Mahi Mahi. Traditionally its made with pork, ham, liver pate but there are some interesting variations. Finished Bahn Mi Chocolate Oreo Truffles I made for XMas. I also made nutella truffles and peanut butter truffles. Holy shit I completely forgot about Allen and the whole shitstorm. Lol and Spartan with his negative rep before we all gave him positive rep to spite him. I miss the rep system.

The hardest part is getting the sushi right. And the first few times you rolls the sushi rolls they will look like shit until you figure out the right amount of rice and fillings.

Duck breast stuffed with jalapenos and cream cheese wrapped in bacon and grilled. Sweet potato hash with eggs. Very healthy and delicious breakfast. Scotch Eggs Salmon and Bok Choy Fish Tacos Venison steak wrapped in bacon with sweat potatoes and carrots. Pizza on Naan bread. More Sushi. Bahn Mi Chocolate Oreo Truffles. Spring rolls Ahi tuna with garlic aioli and ponzu dipping sauces. Venison Burgers and Stuffed Jalapenos wrapped in bacon. Monte Cristo and now I'm hungry.
