i would go for a i7 cpu to get the socket 2011 or 2011-3 only to be more future proof because Socket 1150 is a bit older and might get outdated soon if you ever wanted to upgrade.

Seems solid. If you want to save some money go with 8bg ram instead of 16 unless you multitask alot and need it wich most ppl dont and you can allways get some more if you need it. I also think the phrapic card is a bit over kill maybe. I have a gtx 760 4gb and i can pretty much run every game that cost less then half of that card. But sure it might be good for future proofing

yea i have simular promblem when i connect to a server it does not respond. it happens like 33 % of the time for me

reinstall it, i allways do that when some thing is wrong
