Eh, DSLR's are very much the same. A higher price doesn't usually mean better. Most often more/better gear and especially lenses can make a huge difference. And for a first camera I wouldn't put too much money into the camera itself. If you want to upgrade simply order a new camera house that is compatible with the extra gadgets. Of course more pricy cameras often handle dark scenes better, have faster and more precise shutter speed and the list goes on. But like I said for a first camera there's no need to buy the best. Well then i'd get a D3300 and buy bigger and more SD cards and maybe one small "50mm" and one bigger lens. You will get the most for your money to buy a cheaper camera with more gadgets.

Can't say that i'm sure whether you are serious or not but as a beginner, getting a camera for $2,300 is crazy.. My first camera was a Nikon D3300 which takes really clean pictures and films pretty good. Getting a video camera isn't necessary since most DSLR's takes pretty good videos unless you want to be really serious about film making, and not on a hobby basis!

I used to love pokemon and spent every free minute in school playing pokemon and trading cards. But pokemon got fucking dumb after a few games / seasons. Like they lost their creativity or stopped eating shrooms, but all the new pokemons look like shit and completely ruined pokemon for me. Never played anything after Gold and Silver!
