Thank you thats what I was looking for. From what my friend recommended me, was to start by jumping over fences, small walls, and climb trees. He also told me to drink a lot of milk, and eat fruits/salads. Btw, this guy is like a profesional parkour'er. He's been climbing 7 stories apartments, jumping from a roof to a roof, doing back flips from high walls and shit.

Anybody have done that shit? My older friend is teaching be the basics right now (1 handed jump, 2 handed jump, monkey jump etc etc...) Just wanted to know if anybody have done it, tried it or does it. If you do/have done it can you please give me some tips? Thank you.

Back in Poland, we had this one metal swing, and right next to it was a garage with a chimney. You would have to go super high on the swing to see the chimeny. The chimney look like a mushroom, so we would always get some new people to our playground, and tell them to get on the swing till they see a mushroom. Shit was so scary, and still is. We would always go on it in pairs. Hell, I remember one kid broke his arm on it. The other one got a bleeding head, why? Because they didn't hold tight enough. Next summer I'm going to Poland so my friends and I probably gonna do it again. Just like the old days
