Sounds like you're either getting throttled or some process is taking up a lot of bandwidth when you start csgo... I know that the steam client itself used to have issues with sharing bandwidth. Do me a favor and screenshot the task manager sorted by network the next time you experience this issue.

If the T states the rules before the lr and the CT accepts it then the CT should have to follow the rules. Rules stated after the CT accepts the LR should be irrelevant. This is just my opinion though, so @Jake and @Caution should probably weigh in.

Justins issue is a non issue, you can see the marker through walls. eggs issue is valid to an extent but is literally him trying to find ways to abuse the system and is a 50/50 chance on who wins anyways, so consider it a quicker russian roulette. @Kitti !stuck I truly do appreciate the feedback though! I'm gonna take a look and see if I can get a minimum distance between start and finish points on race as what enjoi was doing is kinda dumb, but over all I think race is fine as is if used how its supposed to.

Depends on what resolution you want to play at and what graphics settings. Anything over 1080p a 1060 is probably not going to get you to 144 fps on AAA titles. So if you're just planning on getting a 1080p 144hz monitor you should be fine.
