To actually get more words, you find them on word walls found in dungeons all over Skyrim. If you have shouts but can't use them, you need to unlock them in your magic>shouts menu using dragon souls you've collected (it took me a while to figure that out aswell).
It was full on atix helicopter, boat escape and elevator escape before that aswell
However, I agree with what has been posted already, it would most likely die out

Also Day of the Tentacle (still one of my favourite games) and Bow and Arrow (I think it was called that anyway, a preinstalled game on old windows systems I believe)
The SG deathrun server was the first SG server I joined, autumn 2008 or so, played on it for 6 months straight, so the thought of it coming back makes me warm in my pants.
