as long as it's the same chipset, you can SLI those two but i'm guessing you already got the Ultra and want to add a GTX. like omega said, you'll have to OC the GTX or the SLi will run at the settings of the lower card. the GT i believe is a newer chipset.

lol.. thief... anyways, your wireless router would have support bridging.. you'll have to check your manufacturer. i recall saying u can get a better connection in another room. you can set a computer there to rape the signal, then setup internet sharing on that computer so your laptop can piggyback it.. but doubt u be able to game off it.

all your data is associated with your steam account. you can install steam on new computer and login with your current name/pass. you will however have to re-download all your games in your account and lose your custom content (maps, models, etc). What you can do alternatively is copy your whole Steam folder from old computer to new computer, delete the clientregistry.blob file, and then start Steam. Log in and you be fine. (Or install Steam and copy just the /steamapps/ folder).

You didn't actaully have to choose 1 if Taylor was first on the list. You could've just hit 0 and exited the menu or just use the @ msg as Veggie said. What bugs me is you can't explain why you want to check if an admin's on the server without malicious intent. It's like you're a drug dealer but you sweep all your buyers for bugs before the transaction. You can PM them through steamfriends or on vent. I PM'd Riggs all the time if I needed help before he got kidnapped by aliens.

oops.. my mistake. raid o/s drives is right.. a straight 16 hour shift and then 2 more hours of TF2 after getting home high on caffeine will corrupt your mind.

Keep the Raptor by itself for your o/s and proggies and get 2 WD Caviars HDD in Raid 0 for storage. I stuck with XP Pro, still seems to early for Vista, maybe should wait til SP1 comes out and see how it like first.
